Privacy policy

What you give us. When you use the roadmap wizard: your company URL, industry, and your answers to the questions. If you choose email delivery: your email address. If you book a call: the details you enter into the scheduler. If you leave feedback: the text you type or dictate (voice is transcribed by your browser; we store the text).

Usage data. First-party analytics events such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, wizard steps completed, a random session identifier, and timestamps. We use this to understand and improve the funnel. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or ad cookies.

To generate and personalize your roadmap, deliver it by email if you asked, respond to bookings, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse. That's it.

AI processing.Inputs like your company URL and wizard answers are processed with Anthropic's Claude API to personalize your roadmap. We do not train AI models on your data.

Service providers only, each doing one job: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), and Stripe (payment processing, if you buy something). We never sell personal data and never share it with ad networks.

Your roadmap lives at a permanent link with a long, non-guessable address. Anyone you share the link with can view it, so share it like you would a document. We mark roadmap pages so search engines do not index them. If you want a roadmap made private or deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

We keep data as long as it's needed to provide the service and improve it. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing roadmap@stratabi.ai. We'll respond promptly.

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children. Data is processed in the United States. If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
